Swedish Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage

Concentrated on the back, neck and shoulder area, specific oils are used to release tension and helps soothe tight, sore muscles, which result from wear and tear or incorrect posture. This massage applies pressure to muscles in order to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from stressed areas.

Children At The Spa

Children are welcome at the spa during all opening hours. We do however ask that a quiet, tranquil atmosphere is retained at all times apart from the two 'noise allowed' periods each day which are 8-9am and 4.30-5.30pm. These periods allow the kids to splash around and not have to worry about others.

If you are part of a larger group of more than 4 people wanting to use the spa at the same time, as noted above you will need to book a 2 hr slot for your group each day. Other groups will naturally avoid your booking slot and it is more likely that you will have the pool area to yourselves. If this is the case and you are the only ones in the building, then you can make noise & splash around, if not, we do ask that you maintain a quiet atmosphere.

These rules are designed with the aim of meeting everyones expectations when staying with us. You will often find yourselves the only ones in the building and in which case noise is permitted at any time. However, if there are other people present, please adhere to the rules.
